Cancellations and Rescheduling
Deposit Policy
I require a card number at time of booking as a deposit, this is reduce the number of no show bookings I have. the card will not be charged unless clients do not show to their appointment. the no show deposit is 100%
As I send reminder texts 48hours before your appointment this should not happen, clients have 24hours to cancel their appointment after the reminder text is sent if they need to.
Consultation amounts will come off the total bill not the deposit.
for example;
Consultation- £10 (to be paid at time of booking consultation)
Appointment- £72 (full head of highlight cut and blow-dry)
Deposit required- £36 (at the time of booking the appointment)
Bill at the end of appointment = £26 (£72 appointment total - £10 consultation - 36 deposit)
Cancellation Policy
Any booking cancelled within
•24 hours (1 day) of the appointment time will make the full 50% deposit non-refundable.
RESCHEDULE POLICY
I understand that things happen out of our control, if I have the availability appointments can be rescheduled but any appointment will only be rescheduled once then be subject to cancellation policy.
•1- 3 days will not have this charge at all.
•3-5 days 10% of the total booking will be kept and not go towards the total amount at your appointment.
•6-10 days it will be 20% of the total booking will be kept and not go towards the total amount at your appointment.
