Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation/No show Policy
No Show (any client who doesn't show up to their appointment) will be charged in full 100% for their appointment. If payment isn't made then client will not be allowed to re-book.

RESCHEDULE POLICY
I understand that things happen out of our control, if I have the availability appointments can be rescheduled but any appointment will only be rescheduled once then be subject to cancellation policy.
If the charge is not paid no future bookings will be made.

- 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cost of 50% charge
- 48 hours of appointment time will incur a 25% charge
- 72 hours of appointment time 12.5% charge
RESCHEDULE POLICY

- 1- 5 days will not have a charge at all. (up to a maximum of 2 reschedule times then on the 3rd appointment will be subject to cancellation policy)
- 5-10 days there will be a 10% charge on top of the original booking
- +10 days there will be a 20% charge on top of the original booking
If the charge is not paid no future bookings will be made.
